We had a great time! Amethyst Dunes was the proper little house for our little family from Oklahoma. The location within the beach was well worthwhile!
Two or three notes about earlier reviews. There has become a hose outside so that you can clean off sand (but no mat at top of stairs), along with the fridge looked pretty new and wasn't rusty.

Good location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting down out to consume meal at sunset. Saw dolphins almost every day! The place was the proper getaway and we enjoyed coming back into a clean and roomy place after days to the beach!
